Description
This hoe is made from a case hardened steel agricultural disc blade. This gives it a stronger outer layer which will remain sharp longer. The neck is narrow and high allowing dirt to move away from the back of the blade and not build up. The blade is approximately 4.5″ wide, has a curved sharpened bottom edge and sharpened side blades approximately 2.5″ high. The overall height of the head at approximately 4.75 inches. This tool is great to get into tight areas. This tool is also good to dig a hole for a plant or tip it on its edge to make a furrow to plant your seeds. It is available on our 1-1/4″ straight-grained, shaped Ash handle (uses AGH Replacement Handle) in either 54″ or 60″ lengths. You can also find it on our short 12″ handle in the category “Short Handled Hoes” from our Home Page.
